Gustavo de Brum Nunes What was the decisive moment that made you decide to become an entrepreneur/business owner? "My professional journey began very early within the business environment. I joined the company where I still work today at a very young age, and over more than two decades, I have had the opportunity to grow alongside the business, taking on various responsibilities in administration, finance, operations, and international trade.   Luis Andrade What was the decisive moment that made you decide to become an entrepreneur/business owner? "The life story of my late paternal grandfather has always been a great source of inspiration for me. Both my father's and mother's families are from Paraná. I asked him, 'Grandpa, do you think I should keep trying and pursuing my dreams here in the United States, or return to Brazil and take care of what you built for us?' ...

However, as happens with many newly graduated professionals, my path initially followed the natural course of entering the job market. After finishing my degree in Architecture and Urbanism, I understood that before building a company, I would need to build myself as a professional: mature, acquire real experience, develop a strategic mindset and, above all, establish a reputation built on seriousness, competence and trust. It was in that spirit that I decided to expand my horizons, spending a season in the United States. The idea was initially temporary, a bridge before heading to Europe in search of more learning and international exposure. But as life rarely follows a fixed script, an opportunity emerged that ch...
